Who we are

This website is run by VKLIX Creative (“VKLIX”, “we”, “us”), a creative studio based in the United Arab Emirates. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at info@vklix.com or on WhatsApp at +971 50 505 1906.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

Project form: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, the services you are interested in, your budget range, timeline, message and how you heard about us.
Project brief: if you hire us, details about your business, customers, style, links and deadlines, so we can do the work.
Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
Technical data: the page you came from and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so we know which of our posts or ads brought you here.

We do not ask for payment details, ID documents or passwords on this website.

How we use it

To reply to your request and send you a quote.
To deliver the work you hire us for and to send invoices.
To understand which of our marketing channels work.

We will not sell your data, and we will not add you to a newsletter without asking first.

We use a small number of trusted services to run our business. They process data for us and only as needed:

Google (Google Sheets and Gmail), where project requests are stored and delivered to us.
Meta (WhatsApp), if you choose to contact us there.
Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website.
Google Fonts, which serves the typeface used on this site.

We may also share data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can follow up on your project. Client records needed for invoices and accounting are kept as long as UAE law requires. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

see the personal data we hold about you,
correct it,
delete it, or
stop contacting you.

Send your request to info@vklix.com and we will reply within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with applicable UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser so the opening animation only plays once per visit. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page first.

Security

This website runs on HTTPS. Access to project requests is limited to the VKLIX team. No method of sending data over the internet is 100% secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as passwords or card numbers through the form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
